b. Remove two (2) TACO chilled water pumps located in upstairs mechanical room.

a. Remove one (1) existing TRANE 50 Ton chiller. All existing wiring from
facility to disconnect shall remain.
-All existing wiring from facility to disconnect shall remain.
- All existing piping shall remain and be reutilized/modified as needed to
accommodate new equipment.
- All pipe insulation shall be removed and not reused.
b. Remove two (2) TACO chilled water pumps located in upstairs mechanical
room.
c. Remove one 10 Ton AHU
a. Provide and install one new 50 Ton chiller of like kind to existing.
b. Provide and install two (2) new chilled water pumps of like kind and style
to pumps removed.
c. Install one new 10 Ton AHU

a. Remove one (1) existing TRANE 60 Ton chiller.
b. Remove two (2) Armstrong chilled water pumps located in upstairs
mechanical room.
a. Provide and install one new 60 Ton chiller of like kind to existing.
b. Provide and install two (2) new chilled water pumps of like kind and style
to pumps removed.

a. Remove one (1) 750 BTU AO Smith boiler
b. Remove one (1) Carrier 8 Ton RTU
c. Remove two (2) 12.5 Ton TRANE split system units and all associated piping.
a. Provide and Install one (1) new 750 BTU boiler of like kind as boiler removed
during DEMO.
b. Provide and Install one (1) new 8 Ton RTU with curb adapter.
- Install one (1) new disconnect for RTU and new wiring from disconnect to
RTU.
c. Provide and Install two (2) new 12.5 TON split systems and associated piping.

a. Remove one (1) 1.5 million BTU Cleaver Brooks Boiler.
a. Provide and Install one (1) new 1.5 million BTU boiler of like kind to boiler removed
during DEMO.
